Goods are delivered within Australia nationally by Australia Post or TNT or another local delivery agent
Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout via the estimate shipping tab prior to payment or checking out
Any bulky or overweight items may incur a freight charge which will be quoted prior to dispatch
Delivery time is dependent on your Post Code. We can quote you the estimated delivery time when you place your order
We will send you email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Tracking is available and can be emailed to you
Warranty and Returns
All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty
Should you however receive a product that is faulty, please contact us with details of the problem and your details so that we can discuss the item and take the necessary action.
Where necessary we will request that the item be returned to us. If it is determined that the item is faulty we will replace the product or provide a refund if:
The product you received is deemed to be faulty.
The product you received has been damaged in transit.
goods have been wrongly supplied or oversupplied, or which are not in accordance with any express representations and are notified to us providing full particulars to the claim in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
The product fails during its warranty period.
We will not replace a product or provide a refund if:
The product is damaged due to misuse or abuse.
If the product is deemed not to be covered by warranty.
Returns for any other reason will need to be authorized by us in writing.
Without limiting any other clause in this agreement, if we accept the return of Goods that are wrongly ordered by the Buyer, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the Price payable for the Goods. The restocking fee will be a minimum of $50.00
